Becca Roth is an award-winning documentary and narrative filmmaker who has written and directed five independent films that have screened at film festivals and in communities nationwide.
After touring the country with her debut documentary feature, One: A Story of Love and Equality, Becca worked at CNN/HLN, creating original short-form documentary series centered around themes similar to the documentary: building bridges between people on opposite sides of different social and political issues.
She is currently wrapping up The Difference, a documentary film series about the impact mentors can have on youth, which she wrote, directed, filmed and edited for the Academy Award-winning documentary company Shine Global.
She recently wrote, co-directed and starred in the award-winning narrative short film Lenses, which is currently screening in film festivals.
Becca lives in Brooklyn, NY with her wife, two cats, and Australian Shepherd puppy, who is famous on Instagram.
